Courses

Colors and Presentation
A menu featuring items that are all the same color is neither presentable nor pleasing to the palate. (Imagine mashed potatoes, white fish, and white pasta on the same plate.) Be sure to include foods with a variety of colors, including colorful salads and side-entrees.
